1- Q. What are your delivery times?
A. Orders taken by phone are shipped the same day when we have the product in stock. 
In any other circumstances, please contact us for specific delivery times at 1 (800) 518-7220. 

2- Q. Do you offer an exchange service? 
A. Yes. In order to speed up our services, Umatek offers a large inventory of remanufactured parts ready to be delivered. We charge you a core fee which will be credited upon receipt of your old core (If the core is in an acceptable condition).

3- Q. Do you replace individual bearings, seals or rods on crankshafts?
A. No, we only do complete rebuilds in order to ensure the highest quality and provide our one year no fault warranty. However we can provide any the replacements parts you need.

4- Q. Do you replate Nikasil cylinders that have been bored out?
A. Yes, but the warranty does not apply.

5- Q. If I want to send you parts to be remanufactured, which shipping address do I use?

6- Q. Do I have to call you prior to sending parts to be remanufactured?
A. No. As long as you fill out our "Work Order Form", and carefully pack it along with your part, it will work for us. If we have any doubt on the work that has to be done, we will call you!

7- Q. How much does it costs to replace a cylinder, a crankshaft or a complete engine? 
A. We need to analyse your specific needs before putting a price on our service. Please feel free to consult our catalog or call us, our Customer Service representatives will be happy to assist you. 

8- Q. What are my payment options? 
A. Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

9- Q. Do you ship internationally? 
A. Yes!

10- Q. Do I have to disassemble my cylinder before shipping it to you? 
A. All metal parts must be removed from the cylinder. If there are still some parts, we will have to remove them ourselves and you will be charged with additional costs.

11- Q. How can I become a Umatek professional authorized dealer? 
A. You must complete the form on dealer application on the home page.

12- Q. Do I have to send new pistons with my cylinder? 
A. Yes, you must send the empty pistons. We don't need the rings, clips and ties.
